Located in a corner plot in Cala Mayor, Palma, at 2 minutes walking from a beach, it has sea views to the east and south, and mountain open views to the north and west.
IM14 (Infantería Marina, 14) is a 3 storeys building with 3 apartments, and 1 basement for parking, storage rooms and installation.
The project has been designed by Jaime Salvá
, a local architect who combines traditional Mediterranean materials with a contemporary and clean style.
Keeping the minimum distance from the boundary line that urban rules require, the building has been placed in the specific location to achieve the best sea views, but also considering where the south is, in order to receive the sun as much as possible.
The ground floor dominates the whole open space, which has an excellent connection between the interior of the apartment with the garden and pool.
Then, the first floor has a big covered terrace, placing a small pool/jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy the sea views.
Finally, the penthouse has better views from the covered terrace, but also from the private rooftop, which is directly connected through the stairs and has a long pool, BBQ area, lounge area, etc.
A basement has the parking spaces, storage room, and another room for installations of the building.
