Located in a corner plot in Cala Mayor, Palma, at 2 minutes walking from a beach, it has sea views to the east and south, and mountain open views to the north and west.

The project has been designed by Jaime Salvá, a local architect who combines traditional Mediterranean materials with a contemporary and clean style.
